Ascuro

Privacy policy

How Ascuro would handle booking and event enquiry data under the GDPR and Spain’s data protection law (LOPDGDD).

· Template text for a portfolio project. It is not legal advice.

First of all: this is a demo

This site is part of a portfolio. The booking and event forms send no data at all: confirmation is simulated in your browser and nothing is stored on any server. The text below is a template showing how a real restaurant would inform its guests.

Data controller

  • Controller: Ascuro Restauración S.L. (fictitious), tax ID B-00000000
  • Address: Calle del Rescoldo, 7, 28010 Madrid, Spain
  • Privacy contact: privacidad@ascuro.example

How long we keep it

Who we share it with

No data would be shared with third parties unless legally required. Technology providers involved (hosting, email) would act as processors under a contract compliant with Article 28 GDPR, within the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to privacidad@ascuro.example. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Data kept by your browser

So you do not lose what you have typed if you go back or switch language, the booking form keeps a draft in your browser’s session storage. It is cleared when you confirm the booking or close the tab, and it never leaves your device. See the cookie policy for details.
